Tecnifoam with its brand UNICHEM began its journey in 1985 starting to produce a compact elastomer compound, the concern to develop a new product, led to the creation of a new range of compounds that had not been seen to date: EVA micro-expanded or cross-linked EVA, always in granule or Compound format, from that moment on a range of possibilities opens up for various sectors, mainly for soles within the Footwear sector.

In the last two years, Tecnifoam has bet on the search and innovation of sustainable and ecological products, which has led us to develop a new line of Reticulated Eva products committed to the Environment. These new products are adapted to the global need to reduce polluting waste and the implementation of Ecological products, as well as recyclable products.

Our recent acquisitions have been a modern extrusion line and a state-of-the-art injection machine to test our products, guaranteeing the quality of the product when it reaches the hands of our collaborators.

This year 2021 we have a production structure of 5,000 m2 plus another 3,000 m2 of offices and warehouses with a human team of more than 50 people involved in the EVA Manufacturing process.

Tecnifoam, SL has expert chemists to continue innovating in the chemistry necessary for the creation of EVA with the best characteristics and always looking for the most ecological solution possible by adding non-polluting elements to the formulation and maintaining the highest quality.

Our human team

Tecnifoam is made up of more than 45 workers from operators, transporters, chemists, administration personnel, etc. Professionals who work every day to satisfy our clients.
